1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
- Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following products are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Undergarments, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items
- Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.
- If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
5. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at info@zayraz.pk
and provide details of the issue.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have already been processed and dispatched.
